Finally got the first ride mapped out here it is I only have about 10 more to do.

It's Sunday late October and I am too tired and too sore to do the Sunday Lodge ride and I certainly am in no shape for the HorseFarm Century which is today. It looks like beach yoga is my goal today. Working at the Inn and the Weight clinic is doing me in. Completely off a regular schedule. I did log in 100 plus miles last week.
